Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,375 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS58, PES1, and MAPK1. Each is linked with MPP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP5-to-partner and partner-to-MPP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS58 grouped by MPP5-low versus MPP5-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
