Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MPP3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MPP3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher MPP3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MPP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and SKCM show a favorable association.
LUAD, LIHC, and BLCA are the cancer types where MPP3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
