MPP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,708 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TIMP2, CAMSAP2, and AEBP1. Each is linked with MPP3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP3-to-partner and partner-to-MPP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPP3 versus TIMP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
