MPP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,253 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYP, RAB3A, and RUNDC3A. Each is linked with MPP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP3-to-partner and partner-to-MPP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPP3 versus SYP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
