MPP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,692 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DRG1, C4orf46, and CENPU. Each is linked with MPP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP3-to-partner and partner-to-MPP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DRG1 grouped by MPP3-low versus MPP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
