MPP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QL2, TAAR6, and GFRAL. Each is linked with MPP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP3-to-partner and partner-to-MPP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1QL2 grouped by MPP3-low versus MPP3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
