MPP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,660 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SALL2, DNAJC18, and PRPF40B. Each is linked with MPP2 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP2-to-partner and partner-to-MPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPP2 versus SALL2 in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
