MPP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,424 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TIMP2, CLINT1, and DPYSL3. Each is linked with MPP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP2-to-partner and partner-to-MPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPP2 versus TIMP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
