Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,637 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-DNA complex organization, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter. Each is linked with MPP2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP2-to-partner and partner-to-MPP2 results are reported.
