MPP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 132 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP13-2, ARMH2, and LECT2. Each is linked with MPP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP2-to-partner and partner-to-MPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP13-2 grouped by MPP2-low versus MPP2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
