MPP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,163 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHO2, SKAP2, and LCP2. Each is linked with MPP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP1-to-partner and partner-to-MPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPP1 versus PLEKHO2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
