MPP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,343 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00426, RASAL3, and NKG7. Each is linked with MPP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP1-to-partner and partner-to-MPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPP1 versus LINC00426 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
