MPP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Shc_pY317, and TIGAR. Each is linked with MPP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP1-to-partner and partner-to-MPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by MPP1-low versus MPP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
