MPP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFDP3, LIM2, and KIR2DL1. Each is linked with MPP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP1-to-partner and partner-to-MPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFDP3 grouped by MPP1-low versus MPP1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
