MPLKIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPLKIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,021 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPLKIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDCD3, PUS7, and C7orf50. Each is linked with MPLKIP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPLKIP-to-partner and partner-to-MPLKIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPLKIP versus NUDCD3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPLKIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPLKIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
