Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPLKIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,994 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPLKIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are UMPS, RFC5, and NIT2. Each is linked with MPLKIP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPLKIP-to-partner and partner-to-MPLKIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPLKIP versus UMPS in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPLKIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPLKIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
