MPL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,083 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, THOC3, and TOP2B_S1552. Each is linked with MPL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPL-to-partner and partner-to-MPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPL versus SNRPD3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
