MPL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,558 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MZF1, LEPROT, and NR0B2. Each is linked with MPL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPL-to-partner and partner-to-MPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPL versus MZF1 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
