Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are P2RY10, R3HDML, and REG3G. Each is linked with MPL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPL-to-partner and partner-to-MPL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, P2RY10 grouped by MPL-low versus MPL-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
