MPHOSPH8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPHOSPH8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,673 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPHOSPH8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HMGB1, PDS5B, and GPALPP1. Each is linked with MPHOSPH8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPHOSPH8-to-partner and partner-to-MPHOSPH8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPHOSPH8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPHOSPH8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
