Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPHOSPH8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPHOSPH8-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, FoxM1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with MPHOSPH8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPHOSPH8-to-partner and partner-to-MPHOSPH8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
