The most reproducible MPHOSPH8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cytoplasmic mRNA processing body assembly, Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Negative regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation.
