Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MPHOSPH6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MPHOSPH6 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher MPHOSPH6 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MPHOSPH6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, SKCM, and BLCA are the cancer types where MPHOSPH6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
