RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPG RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 9,858 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPG-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, MGA, and PIK3CA. Each is linked with MPG in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPG-to-partner and partner-to-MPG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by MPG-low versus MPG-high in BRCA.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPG→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
