Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 155 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPG-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYPLA1P1, RNU6-296P, and RPSAP35. Each is linked with MPG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPG-to-partner and partner-to-MPG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYPLA1P1 grouped by MPG-low versus MPG-high in UCEC.
