Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,305 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular detoxification of methylglyoxal, Cellular response to methylglyoxal, and Response to methylglyoxal. Each is linked with MPG in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPG-to-partner and partner-to-MPG results are reported.
