MPEG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPEG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,794 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPEG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP45, CD4, and SEPTIN1. Each is linked with MPEG1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPEG1-to-partner and partner-to-MPEG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPEG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPEG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
