MPDU1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPDU1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,559 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPDU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIPC1, DNTTIP1, and HMOX2. Each is linked with MPDU1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPDU1-to-partner and partner-to-MPDU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPDU1 versus GIPC1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPDU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPDU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
