MPDU1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPDU1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPDU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, G6PD, and p27_pT198. Each is linked with MPDU1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPDU1-to-partner and partner-to-MPDU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by MPDU1-low versus MPDU1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPDU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPDU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
