Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPDU1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,837 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPDU1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA methylation, Telomere assembly, and Cajal body organization. Each is linked with MPDU1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPDU1-to-partner and partner-to-MPDU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, rRNA methylation grouped by MPDU1-low versus MPDU1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
