Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,341 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACAT1, ATP5PB, and APOO. Each is linked with MPC2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPC2-to-partner and partner-to-MPC2 results are reported.
