Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6124, IL21, and MIR3193. Each is linked with MPC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPC2-to-partner and partner-to-MPC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6124 grouped by MPC2-low versus MPC2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
