Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MPC1L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MPC1L data layer compared with 14 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher MPC1L Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MPC1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC are the cancer types where MPC1L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
