MPC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,070 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MPC2, ACAT2, and AFDN. Each is linked with MPC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPC1-to-partner and partner-to-MPC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPC1 versus MPC2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
