Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,463 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LARP6, BCAS4, and SMO. Each is linked with MPC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPC1-to-partner and partner-to-MPC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPC1 versus LARP6 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
