MPC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3661, SNRPGP17, and SNORD11B. Each is linked with MPC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPC1-to-partner and partner-to-MPC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3661 grouped by MPC1-low versus MPC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
