MPC1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPC1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NK cells. Each is linked with MPC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPC1-to-partner and partner-to-MPC1 results are reported.
