MOV10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOV10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,578 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOV10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OAS3, STAT1, and CMPK2. Each is linked with MOV10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOV10-to-partner and partner-to-MOV10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOV10 versus OAS3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOV10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOV10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
