Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOV10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,076 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOV10-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC42, CDC7, and RAD51AP1. Each is linked with MOV10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOV10-to-partner and partner-to-MOV10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOV10 versus LRRC42 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOV10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOV10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
