MOV10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MOV10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOV10-associated genes across cancer lineages are GABRA6, IFNA14, and C14orf177. Each is linked with MOV10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOV10-to-partner and partner-to-MOV10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GABRA6 grouped by MOV10-low versus MOV10-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOV10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOV10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
