Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MOSPD2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MOSPD2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MOSPD2 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MOSPD2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and CCRCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, GBM, and PDAC are the cancer types where MOSPD2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
