MOSPD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOSPD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,976 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOSPD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAMSAP2_S673, PIR, and HUWE1. Each is linked with MOSPD2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOSPD2-to-partner and partner-to-MOSPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOSPD2 versus CAMSAP2_S673 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOSPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOSPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
