Across TCGA cell cohorts, MOSPD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,025 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOSPD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Golgi vesicle transport, and Macroautophagy. Each is linked with MOSPD2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOSPD2-to-partner and partner-to-MOSPD2 results are reported.
