MOSPD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOSPD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,131 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOSPD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GPC4, RAB8A, and KCNAB2_S14. Each is linked with MOSPD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOSPD1-to-partner and partner-to-MOSPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOSPD1 versus GPC4 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOSPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOSPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
