Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOSPD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,673 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOSPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIN1P1, RGS11, and PCBD2. Each is linked with MOSPD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOSPD1-to-partner and partner-to-MOSPD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOSPD1 versus PIN1P1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOSPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOSPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
