MOSPD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOSPD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,310 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOSPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-916P, RN7SL647P, and MIR4701. Each is linked with MOSPD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOSPD1-to-partner and partner-to-MOSPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-916P grouped by MOSPD1-low versus MOSPD1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOSPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOSPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
