Across TCGA cell cohorts, MOSPD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,213 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOSPD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macroautophagy, Negative regulation of autophagosome assembly, and Dermatan sulfate proteoglycan catabolic process. Each is linked with MOSPD1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOSPD1-to-partner and partner-to-MOSPD1 results are reported.
