Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MOSMO Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MOSMO data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MOSMO Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MOSMO expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where MOSMO Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
