MOSMO

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOSMO RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,627 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOSMO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL7, LCMT1, and RPL26. Each is linked with MOSMO in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOSMO-to-partner and partner-to-MOSMO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOSMO→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOSMO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
