Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOSMO protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 999 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOSMO-associated genes across cancer lineages are NKAP, XIAP, and GABRE. Each is linked with MOSMO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOSMO-to-partner and partner-to-MOSMO results are reported.
